Great news for the 18 year old developmentally disabled man who was brutally tortured and beaten. Things have taken a turn for the better in his case. A group of citizens have done something AMAZING for him. Showing that there are good, caring people in this world.
A “Go Fund Me” account has been set up for the man. It’s called “Lets Show The Chicago Victim Love.” With a goal of 10 thousand dollars, it has majorly surpassed that number. Right now it is right under 150 thousand dollars. Check it out here…
GoFundMe’s regional communications manager Bartlett Jackson confirmed to AP the account is genuine and that its manager has been working directly with the victim’s family. The page says the victim has been “amazed to see all the support and prayers he is receiving.”

Nothing will take away the horrible memories of what these jerks did to him but what a great gesture. This money will allow him to do something awesome and hopefully replace those bad memories with new ones of the love these American’s have shown him.
